Due to the weather, our event tonight (September 6th, 2016) will now be an indoor Open House. From 5-7pm, the building will be open for families to visit classrooms, meet teachers, and get information about parent volunteer opportunities.
We will provide light refreshments, but there will be no full dinner meal. There is no need for families to bring sides to share.
Our goal for holding the event before the beginning of school was to allow students and families the opportunity to visit classrooms and meet teachers prior to the first day of school. By hosting an open house, we will still meet that outcome in a way that we hope makes for a successful, and stress-free first day.
The parking lot is reserved for Bates Staff, but there should be plenty of street parking in the surrounding Roslindale community.
